ARTICLE 1 - NAME
This association shall be known as the Telephone Pioneers Riding Club.

ARTICLE 2 - PURPOSE

 We are a riding club consisting of Telco pioneers and other utility workers.  Union and contractors are welcome.

This club will help raise money and/or supplies for the Telco Pioneers of America and other charities.  We ARE NOT in any way a motorcycle club (MC). We are a riding club and do not intend to become a MC. Our patch is a one piece design.

ARTICLE 3 - MEMBERSHIP

To become a member you will need; a valid motorcycle drivers license; a minimum 600cc motorcyle (any type is ok); be present at a minimum of 2 meetings back to back; ride 1000 miles total with a minimum of 2 members and then be voted in by the club.  If you are a Telephone Pioneers of America member the 1000 miles will be waived but will still have to complete the other tasks.Patch will be earned not given out. At any time the club has the right to terminate a member if necessary, in which the patches WILL be returned without a refund.  The Patch is club property.

ARTICLE 4 - OFFICERS

The Officers shall consist of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Road Captain, and Sergeant-At-Arms. Officer positions are elected, one-year terms beginning in August.
